RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet all of the below conditions:

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery
  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging in which you received it

If you meet the above conditions, you may initiate a return by sending an email customerservice@ilyesouali.com with your order number and shipping address used at checkout.

Once your return is received, provided it meets the above conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 72 hours, and send you email confirmation. Although we process refunds upon acceptance, your bank may take longer to process and post your refund.

Please note the following:

  • items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
  • Ilyes ouali is not responsible for items after they have shipped
  • Items that are marked limited edition or exclusive, or are part of a collaboration, are not eligible for return
  • all items purchased during any sale events, including our first annual sale, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Please note that we do not currently process exchanges. However, we want you to have the ilyes ouali item of your dreams, so if something isn't working for you, please initiate a return by sending an email to
customerservice@ilyesouali.com with your order number and shipping address used at checkout. Then, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.

Received a damaged or wrong item(s)?
